Cookie Dough Options

We recommend using a 6.5” cast iron skillet to bake our cookie dough. For a sharable dessert use a minimum of 4.0 - 4.5 oz of cookie dough.

Baking Instructions (Recommended)

Pressed Dough Thawdough before pressing. Cookie will bake evenly to the edge of the skillet.

Unpressed Dough Bake with frozen pucks. Cookie will be softer in the center and won't touch the edge of the skillet.

1. Remove dough from the freezer and thaw, if desired, for 20 minutes. 2. Preheat convection oven to 325 o F / 163 o C. 3. Thoroughly wipe skillet with a very light coating of unflavored oil. 4. Press thawed dough in the skillet or leave frozen dough in original shape. (See photos on the right) 5. Bake for approx. 10 minutes if dough is frozen or 8 minutes if thawed. 6. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly. *Remember, the handle will be very hot! 7. Top with ice cream and desired ingredients to build your sharable dessert. See serving suggestions below.
