Cube: 0.5 Ti/Hi: 8x10 Pallet Count: 80 Case Dimensions: 17.5” x 9” x 5.5” Handling & Baking Instructions: Keep scone dough frozen at -10 o F or below until ready to use. To Bake: Preheat oven to 325 o F conventional or 300 o F convection. Remove dough from freezer and place frozen dough 3” apart on parchment paper lined sheet pan. Do not allow dough to thaw prior to baking. Immediately bake scone dough approximately 24 – 28 minutes or until fully risen and golden brown. Place sheet pan on rack or counter top for 10 - 15 minutes and allow scones to cool completely. Shelf Life: 9 months frozen/2-4 days baked
