Baking Information:

Keep dough FROZEN until ready to use; do not let dough thaw prior to baking. 1. Set your oven for the time and temperature based on your oven type and dough puck size - see chart below. 2. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan. 3. Place FROZEN dough pucks at least 2” apart on the parchment lined sheet pan. 4. Place pan in oven. Rotate pan halfway through the baking time for an even bake. 5. Completely cool cookies on the pan. Then serve ‘as is’ or wrap.

Single layers of dough pucks are placed on wax paper and stacked in a plastic bag within the case.
